Frequently asked questions
What does hybrid actually mean?
The room has both a traditional stone heater and infrared panels, and they can run together or separately. You get real steam when you want it and gentler radiant heat when you do not.
Is the heater included?
On the hybrid models the infrared side is included and the traditional heater is often sold separately. Each product page states exactly what is in the box.
How hard are they to assemble?
They ship as kits intended for on-site assembly with ordinary tools. The product page describes what the build involves for that model.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer (ACH), both at checkout. Stripe handles the payment, so your card details never reach us. A transfer takes a day or two longer to clear, and on a large order it is the one we prefer.
Can you install it?
In the Bay Area, yes. Your Saunas is a licensed general contractor, CSLB #1150020, so the carpentry and the electrical are the same crew rather than two trades blaming each other. Further afield we ship and you bring your own installer. Call (707) 625-5555 before you order if you want the install quoted with the sauna.
