Why is there no Add to cart?
Models marked Request a quote are built to order, so the delivered price depends on the configuration and where it is going. Send the form on the product page and we come back with a price and a lead time for that exact build.
Do they need a foundation?
A level, load-bearing base: gravel, pavers or a slab. Not soil or grass.
Can you install one?
We install in the San Francisco Bay Area and on the Peninsula with our own licensed crew: general contractor, electrical and HVAC in house, so there is no handoff between trades. Outside that area we ship and you arrange your own installer.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer (ACH), both at checkout. Stripe handles the payment, so your card details never reach us. A transfer takes a day or two longer to clear, and on a large order it is the one we prefer.
