Infrared & Hybrid Saunas
Infrared warms your body directly instead of heating the air around it, so the room can sit near 120 to 140°F and still feel like a full session: which suits people who find a traditional sauna hard going. Hybrids put both systems in one room, so you are not choosing once and living with it.

Frequently asked questions
How is infrared different from a traditional sauna?
Traditional heats the air and the stones, and you make steam. Infrared heats you, at a much lower air temperature and with no steam. Neither is a substitute for the other: they are different experiences.
What does a hybrid give me that a single system does not?
One room that does both: pour water on hot stones for a classic session, or run the infrared panels for a gentler one, or run them together.
Can an infrared cabin run on a normal outlet?
Often yes: many infrared cabins run on a standard 120V circuit, which is one of their real advantages. The hybrid models need the supply their traditional heater calls for. Check the product page.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer (ACH), both at checkout. Stripe handles the payment, so your card details never reach us. A transfer takes a day or two longer to clear, and on a large order it is the one we prefer.
Can you install it?
In the Bay Area, yes. Your Saunas is a licensed general contractor, CSLB #1150020, so the carpentry and the electrical are the same crew rather than two trades blaming each other. Further afield we ship and you bring your own installer. Call (707) 625-5555 before you order if you want the install quoted with the sauna.
