Do I need a three-phase supply?
Some heaters in this band do. The requirement is on the product page, and it is the first thing to confirm with your electrician: it can change the cost of the whole project.
Is this overkill for a home sauna?
For most, yes. It is the right answer for a large room, a very high ceiling or continuous commercial use.
How many stones do they take?
Considerably more than a domestic heater; the volume is on each product page. Stones are sold separately.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer (ACH), both at checkout. Stripe handles the payment, so your card details never reach us. A transfer takes a day or two longer to clear, and on a large order it is the one we prefer.
Can you install it?
In the Bay Area, yes. Your Saunas is a licensed general contractor, CSLB #1150020, so the carpentry and the electrical are the same crew rather than two trades blaming each other. Further afield we ship and you bring your own installer. Call (707) 625-5555 before you order if you want the install quoted with the sauna.
