Why are most of these quote-only?
Models marked Request a quote are built to order, so the delivered price depends on the configuration and where it is going. Send the form on the product page and we come back with a price and a lead time for that exact build.
What is different at this level?
Scale and specification: bigger rooms, better glass, choice of interior wood, and cabins that arrive largely built.
Do you install at this level?
We install in the San Francisco Bay Area and on the Peninsula with our own licensed crew: general contractor, electrical and HVAC in house, so there is no handoff between trades. Outside that area we ship and you arrange your own installer.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer (ACH), both at checkout. Stripe handles the payment, so your card details never reach us. A transfer takes a day or two longer to clear, and on a large order it is the one we prefer.
