Call or request — a builder answers
You reach the person responsible for the work, not a call center. We talk through what you want, your space and a rough budget, and tell you on the spot whether we're the right fit.
Timeframe: Same-day callback.
On-site design & measure
We come to your home, measure the space, check access and your electrical panel, and design the sauna around your room and your budget — not a catalog box.
Timeframe: Within a few days of your call.
Transparent written quote
You get a clear, itemized quote in writing — size, wood, heater, electrical, ventilation, finishes, permits — one number with no hidden line items and no “we'll figure it out later.”
Timeframe: Typically 2–5 days after the site visit.
One team builds it — structure, electrical & ventilation
The same licensed team does the whole thing: foundation and framing, the 240V wiring and heater hookup, the ventilation and heat-load, and the finish. We pull the permits and handle the inspections.
Timeframe: Most builds run a few weeks from sign-off to fire-up; prefab assembly is faster.
Commission & walkthrough
We fire it up with you, bring it to temperature, check the heater, controls and ventilation, and walk you through running and caring for it. You leave knowing how everything works.
Timeframe: The final day on site.
We stand behind it
Because we built and wired it, we're the one number you call later — for a tune-up, a heater question, or anything down the road. No finger-pointing between trades.

Prefab Assembly
$We assemble any kit you bought — any brand — with site prep and hookup as needed. The base price covers assembly; electrical work is quoted separately.
Service & Repair
$Diagnostic visit + first 1.5 hours on-site — heater swap, controls, door, ventilation. Any brand.
Equipment Installation
$Installation labor only — equipment billed separately.
Custom Indoor Sauna
$$Complete custom sauna build for your space — framing, insulation, tongue-and-groove wood interior, custom benches, heater and control installation, and full finishing. Built to fit your room and tailored to your needs.
Custom Outdoor Sauna

Size & layout
A two-person sauna and a six-person room with a vestibule are different builds. Square footage drives wood, heater size, framing and labor.
Wood & materials
Cedar, hemlock, spruce and other woods sit at different price points and age differently. Outdoor builds need weather-grade cladding and hardware.
Heater type
Electric vs. wood-burning, and the size and brand, change both the equipment cost and the electrical work behind it.
Foundation & site
A flat indoor room is simple. A pad, a reinforced deck, a hillside lot or a rooftop adds foundation work and engineering.
Site access & electrical
How far the materials and the 240V circuit have to travel — and whether your panel has capacity — affects labor and wiring.
Finishes & extras
Glass walls, lighting, audio, benches, and integrations like a cold plunge or shower are where a build climbs from solid to signature.
We're not the cheapest quote you'll get, and we don't try to be. You're paying for a professional team and a sauna built to the highest standard — designed around your space and the way you'll use it.

Why one team, not three
The usual way to get a sauna is to quietly become the general contractor yourself — a carpenter for the room, an electrician for the heater, someone to chase the permit. Here's what that costs you that no sticker price shows.
The finger-point
When the heat's wrong or the room won't hold temperature, the builder blames the electrician and the electrician blames the builder. You're left in the middle, with no one who owns the problem.

The vapor seal, the ventilation, the 240V load, the permit — the details that decide whether a sauna lasts live between trades. What falls between contractors is exactly what fails first.
