Who we are
These terms are between you and YOURSPACES, a California corporation, doing business as YOURSAUNAS ("we", "us"). We are a licensed California contractor, CSLB licence #1150020, class B (General Building).
We are based in Mill Valley, California.
What these terms cover
They cover yoursaunas.com, including the shop at yoursaunas.com/shop, and anything you buy there. Installation and custom builds are done under a written contract for that job. Where the contract and these terms disagree, the contract wins.
Our shipping policy and our returns policy are part of these terms.
Prices and products
Prices are in US dollars. The price shown is for the item. Shipping, and any sales tax we are required to collect, are shown before you pay.
Models marked "Request a quote" are built to order. Their price depends on the configuration and where it is going, and we give it to you in writing before you commit.
We describe products using their makers' own specifications. If we have listed something wrong - a price, a specification, availability - we will tell you before it ships, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
An order is accepted when we confirm it with you by email.
We may decline an order we cannot fulfil - for example, an address our carriers cannot reach. If we do, everything you paid is refunded in full.
Payment
We take bank transfer (ACH) and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are handled by Stripe, and the charge is made by us, so our name is the one on your statement.
A bank transfer takes a few business days to settle. Nothing ships until it clears.
Sales tax
We hold a California seller's permit. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is added to your order and shown before you pay.
Installation, power and permits
A sauna heater needs a dedicated circuit sized by a licensed electrician. The requirement is listed on the product page. Confirm it before delivery.
If you install it yourself or hire someone else, follow the manufacturer's instructions and any permit your city or county requires. We are not responsible for installation work we did not do.
Warranty
Products carry their manufacturers' warranties. The warranty you get is the maker's.
Work we install is covered by the warranty in the contract for that job. Our standard terms give a 1-year limited warranty on workmanship from the date the project is completed. That warranty does not cover normal wear, discoloration of wood, damage caused by water intrusion, structural movement, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or changes made by anyone other than us.
Limits on what we owe
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use or lost profits, and what we owe you for a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
Text messages
YOURSAUNAS sends text messages about requests, quotes, appointments and projects to people who agree to receive them, for example by ticking the box on a form on our website or by texting us first. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop; we will send one message confirming that you will receive no more. Reply HELP, call (855) 422-5555 or write to info@yoursaunas.com for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Our privacy policy (yoursaunas.com/privacy) says how we handle your number.
Our website
The photographs, text and designs on this site are ours or used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without asking.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
If something goes wrong, call us first. Most problems are solved on the phone.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. An order is governed by the terms in place on the day it was accepted.
